This kind of technology can ensure the metal deforms in the axle direction. After further quenching, tempering, and hardening, strength, rigidity and fatigue life of the axle beam can be greatly improved. Our technology can reduce the risk of axle fatigue fracture which can be caused by metal bending and deformation when spinning.
